Job Summary

We are seeking a warm, disciplined, and experienced Preschool Teacher to nurture early childhood development using Montessori-based and child-centred approaches. The ideal candidate must be passionate about working with young children, demonstrate strong Christian values, and create a structured, engaging, and caring learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and guide preschool learners using Montessori and age-appropriate methods
• Support early literacy, numeracy, and social development
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with early years standards
• Create a safe, disciplined, and stimulating classroom environment
• Observe, assess, and document pupil progress
• Communicate effectively with parents and school leadership
• Model strong moral values and positive behaviour for young learners

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Early Years education
• Montessori training (required)
• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Tech-savvy and able to use basic educational tools
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Practising Christian with strong values and love for young children
• Proximity to Achimota or surrounding areas is preferred
