Akwapim Twi Teacher (JHS)

Job Summary

A School is looking for a dedicated Akwapim Twi Teacher with proven experience in teaching Junior High School students and preparing JHS3 candidates for examinations. The teacher will promote language proficiency, cultural understanding, and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Akwapim Twi across JHS levels
• Prepare JHS3 students for BECE examinations
• Teach reading, writing, grammar, and oral communication
• Develop lesson plans aligned with the GES curriculum
• Conduct assessments, mock exams, and revisions
• Promote Ghanaian culture and language appreciation
• Maintain accurate student records and reports

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Ghanaian Languages (Akwapim Twi preferred)
• Strong experience in JHS3 exam preparation
• Excellent written and spoken Akwapim Twi
• Familiarity with BECE marking schemes
• Teaching certification or license preferred
